Advocate Hasnain Ali Chauhan, a senior figure within the Insaf Lawyers Forum, on Friday issued a firm declaration that no Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) party member would be abandoned during times of hardship, describing the party’s activists as its most valuable asset and real strength.

In a statement, the prominent legal expert underscored that the PTI leadership has consistently stood in solidarity with its supporters and will maintain this commitment at every level going forward.

Chauhan specifically praised Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mohammad Suhail Afridi, stating that the chief minister is deeply aware of the sacrifices and struggles of party activists.

He highlighted Afridi’s recent condolence visit to the residence of party supporter Bilal Mehsud in Karachi as a “practical demonstration” of the leadership’s profound connection to its grassroots members, noting it was based on concrete action rather than mere slogans.

The advocate suggested that this gesture should serve as an example for other political organisations on how people-oriented politics is practised and how bonds with followers are upheld, remarking that such actions significantly boost morale and strengthen the movement.

Chauhan framed the party’s activities within a wider movement for real freedom, which he characterised not as an individual’s endeavour but as a collective national struggle in which truth and justice would ultimately prevail.

He concluded by reaffirming the Insaf Lawyers Forum’s unwavering commitment to its struggle for constitutional supremacy, the rule of law, and democracy, pledging to stand by the truth at every forum.
