Islamabad High Court (IHC) has forbidden all video recordings within its grounds. A circular disseminated throughout the court outlines the new regulation. Security officers are empowered to enforce the prohibition.
The directive specifies that reporters, legal professionals, and individuals involved in lawsuits are barred from capturing video footage inside courtrooms, hallways, waiting zones, and offices.
The notification further mandates that cell phones must be silenced within the court. Live streaming and camera usage are strictly outlawed.
