Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front Rejects Indian Stance on Pahalgam Incident

The Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) has issued the Rawalakot Declaration, firmly rejecting India’s stance regarding the Pahalgam incident, which claimed that the Pahalgam tragedy was planned in Rawalakot. The JKLF described this statement as an attempt to link the speeches of foreign militants with the Kashmiri nation, a connection that the peaceful Kashmiri people outright reject.

The Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front has called upon the United Nations, Amnesty International, and global human rights organizations to form an impartial tribunal for an international investigation into the incident and to visit Rawalakot to establish that there is no terrorism center here and the people are distant from the politics of violence.

Today, thousands gathered in Rawalakot to send a message to India to implement the right to selfdetermination recognized by the United Nations as promised by Nehru, in order to avoid a nuclear war in the region. The Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front made it clear that any decision attempting to undermine the national existence of Jammu and Kashmir will face strong reactions from the Kashmiris.

Thousands of people from Gilgit, Azad Jammu Kashmir, and various cities of Pakistan, including a large number of women, attended the Aman Ullah Khan JihadeMustaqil Convention held at Sabir Shaheed Stadium in Rawalakot. Prior to this, a rally against the Karachi Agreement and Act 74 was held from Hussain Khan Shaheed College. The convention demanded that Pakistan abolish the Karachi Agreement and Act 74 and restore the government comprising Azad Kashmir and Northern Kashmir GilgitBaltistan.

The rally was addressed by over two dozen speakers, including Rafiq Dar, Saleem Haroon, former NSF Pakistan President Haider Ali Sabir, Shafqat Mughal, Sajid Siddiqui, Advocate Sohail Kataria, Sajid Bukhari, Commander Farooq, and Abdul Rahim Malik.
