KALAT:Kalat police on Monday claimed to have arrested four smugglers and seized huge quantity of Irani diesel in an operation on RCD Highway near Ghousabad area of Kalat on Monday.
Addressing a press conference in his office, SP Kalat Abdul Rauf Bareach said that the police team, led by DSP Kalat Ghulam Hussain Bajoe and Station House Officer (SHO) Nazeer Umrani, seized a huge quantity of Irani diesel laden in four different tankers in an operation on RCD Highway near Ghousabad area of Kalat.
He added that four alleged accused were also arrested in the operation while the seized tankers were later handed over to the authorities for taking further necessary action.
