In Karachi today, 3 people were injured during robbery resistance at Baldia Patni Hospital, Azizabad and Mazar-e-Quaid, while one robber was arrested. :
In Baldia No. 4 near Patni Hospital, two individuals, Hussain, 18 years old, and Faqir Muhammad, 55 years old, were injured during a robbery incident. The victims were attacked when they tried to resist the robbers. Both have been admitted to Civil Hospital for necessary medical assistance. Baldia Police officials have started a complete investigation of the incident.
In another encounter, law enforcement officers clashed with armed robbers near White House Grammar School in Azizabad Block 2. During the exchange of fire, a suspect, identified as Sami son of Abdul Ghaffar, was injured and later arrested. Police recovered a firearm, ammunition, and a motorbike from the suspect.
Furthermore, Owais, son of Liaquat, 26 years old, was injured while bravely resisting a robbery attempt on MA Jinnah Road near Mazar-e-Quaid. He was transferred to the hospital for treatment. This incident is currently under investigation by the Brigade Police Station in District East.
