Karachi: The State Bank of Pakistan has announced the Karachi Interbank Offered Rate (KIBOR) for various tenors as of January 14, 2026. The rates show slight variations across different time frames, offering insights into the current lending landscape in the country.
According to State Bank of Pakistan, the one-week bid and offer rates are set at 10.18 percent and 10.68 percent, respectively. The two-week rates are slightly higher, with a bid of 10.19 percent and an offer of 10.69 percent. For the one-month tenor, the bid is 10.14 percent, while the offer rate stands at 10.64 percent.
The three-month and six-month tenors both have a bid rate of 10.11 percent, with an offer rate of 10.36 percent. Meanwhile, the nine-month period sees a bid of 10.07 percent and an offer of 10.57 percent. The one-year tenor has the lowest bid and offer rates at 10.06 percent and 10.56 percent, respectively, indicating longer-term borrowing costs.
