Keamari police’s crackdown across the city in 24 hours, 11 suspects arrested

Following intensive operations in District Keamari, authorities have taken 11 suspected individuals into custody during the past 24 hours, including five alleged accused involved in police encounters and street crimes.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Keamari, Captain (R) Faizan Ali, announced the successful outcomes of the recent actions by law enforcement agencies. The objective of these swift operations was to curb criminal activities and enhance public safety in the district.

According to the details of the detained individuals, the arrestees include five individuals associated with violent encounters with law enforcement agencies and street crimes, two alleged drug dealers, and two fugitive accused fleeing from the law. An additional two individuals have been detained in connection with other unspecified criminal offenses.

During the raids, authorities seized a significant cache of illegal items. The recovered goods include five pistols, a stolen motorcycle, 100 grams of hashish, and 12 grams of crystal methamphetamine, commonly known as ice.

Following the arrests, formal cases have been registered against the accused at various police stations in the district. The accused have been handed over to the relevant investigative authorities for further legal proceedings.
