Power has been restored at the Gharo Pumping Station and Filter Plant in Karachi. According to the spokesperson of the Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation, KElectric completed the cable and CT fault work at 1:35 AM, after which the water supply was resumed.
The spokesperson stated that following the power restoration, the process of supplying water to the city from the Gharo Pumping Station has resumed. This initiative is part of efforts to alleviate the water shortage for the citizens.
According to a statement issued by Abdul Qadir Shaikh, the Public Relations Officer of the Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation, all possible measures are being taken to facilitate water supply to the citizens.
It is evident that the restoration of power at the Gharo Pumping Station has improved the water supply in the city. The spokesperson of the Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation has assured that the process of power restoration and water supply will be completed promptly.
