ISLAMABAD: Minister for Railways Azam Swati has said that latest technology is being introduced to further improve the performance of Pakistan Railways.
Talking to media persons here on Thursday, he stressed that the use of technology is important to uplift the state-owned enterprises. The Minister said under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, the country will move forward on the path of progress and development.
Azam Swati said the passage of electoral reforms bill by the joint sitting of the parliament is a triumph not only of the government but also the people of this country. He said the use of electronic voting machines (EVMs) will help ensure free, fair and transparent elections in the country. He said overseas Pakistanis are also happy on getting the right of franchise.
