A memorandum of understanding was signed on Saturday between Inspector General Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar and private TV network’s Chief Executive Officer Duraid Qureshi, under which a nationwide special awareness campaign will be launched regarding the initiatives taken by the Punjab Safe City Authority for the betterment of citizens. In a significant move to bolster public safety awareness, the Punjab Police has partnered with a major media group, Hum TV Network, to launch a nationwide campaign to highlight key citizen-centric services.

The collaboration was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by the Inspector General of Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, and the Chief Executive Officer of Hum TV Network, Duraid Qureshi.

This joint public service initiative will focus on disseminating information about programs developed by the Punjab Safe Cities Authority aimed at enhancing community well-being.

The awareness campaign will specifically highlight crucial services, including the Virtual Blood Bank and the “Mera Pyara” virtual center for child protection, designed to provide critical support to the public.

This strategic partnership is expected to set a new benchmark in serving the people of Pakistan.
