Nawan Shehr Police in Abbottabad solved the mysterious murder case of biker Osama and today arrested the main suspect. Osama, Mir Akbar was brutally murdered in Kakmang Doga, now the police have arrested the main suspect Kamil, Javed.
On June 15, the case began following a report by Zubair, the deceased’s brother-in-law. The police launched a comprehensive investigation, examining various leads. A thorough review of call data records was conducted with Osama, local residents, and other potential suspects. The breakthrough came when the victim’s mobile phone was traced, which had been sold after the crime.
Kamil, who had traveled from Lahore to Abbottabad via Rawalpindi, was identified as the main suspect. Financial crisis was cited as the motive behind this heinous act. Kamil had hired Osama for a fare of three thousand rupees to take him from Abbottabad to Kakmang. Upon reaching the destination, Kamil shot Osama and attempted to flee with his belongings. However, when a passerby intervened in his plan, he quickly fled the scene, leaving the motorcycle behind.
Subsequent investigations revealed that Kamil returned to Boi the next day. There, he asked another biker to take him to Garhi Habibullah, during which he sold Osama’s mobile phone. After tracing this act, he was arrested. Kamil confessed to the crime, citing the urgent need for money as the driving factor behind it.
This case highlights the utility of technology and detailed investigative work in solving complex criminal cases. The diligent efforts of the police not only brought a suspect to justice but also provided solace to Osama’s grieving family.
