CHAGAI: Two persons, including a woman, were gunned down in Killi Malik Muhammad Khan Zalu area of district Chagai in Balochistan province on Sunday.
According to levies force, unidentified armed men shot dead two persons, including one woman, in Killi Malik Muhammad Khan Zalu area of district Chagai. One victim was identified as young man namely Pir Jan. The killers fled to unknown destination soon after killing the two.
The bodies were shifted to a nearby hospital for completion of codal formalities. Later, they were handed over to the heirs after fulfilling necessary medico-legal formalities. The levies authorities were investigating as to what were the motives behind the incident. Further investigation into the matter was underway. A mourning atmosphere prevailed in the victims’ houses while panic gripped the area soon after the incident.
