Speaker Sindh Assembly Syed Owais Qadir Shah has appealed to the nation to strengthen its resolve for national unity and stability, saying that despite numerous challenges, the country has always shown steadfastness.
In his message today on the occasion of Pakistan Day, the Speaker termed March 23, 1940, as a significant milestone in the history of the subcontinent’s Muslims.
He said that the Pakistan Resolution provided the necessary foundation to realize the dream of a sovereign homeland.
Speaker Shah paid tribute to the timeless struggle and sacrifices of the nation’s founders.
He attributed the country’s establishment to the guiding principles of unity, faith, and discipline.
The Speaker emphasized that this occasion reminds citizens to renew their commitment to the country’s development, prosperity, and the promotion of democratic values.
