The court in Moro has dismissed the cases filed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) of SEPCO Moro against citizens, declaring them false. The court has also ordered a case to be registered against the SDO.
Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate First Class Moro, Judge Madad Ali Khuso, delivered this verdict. He declared the cases filed by SDO SEPCO WAPDA Moro, Farooq Kaboro, against citizens Qurban Ali Burro, Muhammad Yousuf Burro, Muhammad Nawaz Arain, Abdul Fattah Sheikh, Zulfiqar Ali, Majid Ali, Abdul Fattah, and others, regarding illegal electricity dues, as false.
The court made it clear that action will be taken against the WAPDA SDO for harassing citizens and filing false cases. In this regard, the court summoned SHO Moro, Mujeebur Rehman Narejo, and ordered him to immediately register a case against Farooq Kaboro.
