KILLA ABDULLAH: A man and his son shot dead Pesh Imam of a mosque in Haji Kameen Penakai area of district Killa Abdullah of Balochistan province on Wednesday.

According to levies force, Pesh Imam Molvi Naimatullah Jan was gunned down by accused Turak Khan and his son Khalil in Killi Haji Makeen Penakai area of district Killa Abdullah. His body was shifted to district headquarters hospital, Killa Abdullah and later handed over to the heirs after fulfilling necessary medico-legal formalities.

A case against the alleged accused was lodged on the complaint of Molvi Jamal-ud-Din, a brother of deceased Molvi Naimatullah. The deceased was the resident of Zhob who had been serving as Pesh Imam in the Masjid of Killi Haji Makeen Penakai area of district Killa Abdullah.

Tehildar Killa Abdullah, Abdul Razaq said that Naimatullah had slapped the son of alleged accused Khalil for not memorizing the lesson. When the child brought the matter into the notice of his father and grandfather, the enraged father and grandfather of the child opened indiscriminate fire on him, killing him on the spot.
