A tragic traffic accident occurred today near 40 Thari-R on Akbar Road in Okara, involving a motorcycle and a car, resulting in injuries to six children, including three young girls.
Rescue 1122 teams promptly responded, providing on-site medical assistance to two children, while the other four were transferred to DHQ City Hospital for further treatment. Fortunately, there was no loss of life.
The injured children were identified as 14-year-old Huzaifa and 8-year-old Ayesha, offspring of Tariq Aziz; 14-year-old Danish and 11-year-old Anas, sons of Sajid; and 8-year-old Maryam and 7-year-old Fatima, daughters of Tariq and Sajid, respectively.
This accident highlights the urgent need for better safety measures in the region to prevent such unfortunate incidents in the future.
