Mayor Karachi, Barrister Murtaza Wahab has expressed deep sorrow on the death of Senator Sherry Rehman’s daughter, calling it “extremely sad news”.
In his condolence message today, the Mayor of Karachi expressed “heartfelt sympathy” with the bereaved family in “this hour of grief”.
Acknowledging the profound sorrow of the situation, Wahab said, “The death of a child is the biggest shock for parents,” and added that “We are equal partners in this grief.”
He prayed for the deceased that Allah Almighty may grant her a place in His mercy and elevate her ranks.
The Mayor also prayed for the family that they may be granted “patience and courage to bear this irreparable loss”.
