National Prosperity Hinges on Youth’s Moral Education, Stresses UET Vice Chancellor

The future prosperity of Pakistan is fundamentally linked to the proper education and character development of its youth, remarked Professor Dr. Shahid Munir, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Engineering and Technology, while addressing an awards ceremony at the Qatar Islamic School”s Lahore Campus.

The annual prize distribution function, where Professor Munir was the Chief Guest, was held today to honour students for their exceptional performance. The event was hosted by the institution”s Chief Executive, Muhammad Naeem Badshah.

Among the distinguished guests in attendance were Faheem Sehgal, President of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Mian Shehbaz, the Vice Chairman of WASA and a former Member of the Provincial Assembly.

During the gathering, prizes were awarded to meritorious students in recognition of their academic excellence, co-curricular accomplishments, and exemplary conduct.
