A son allegedly killed his father in the Kachi Phatak area of Dera Murad Jamali within the jurisdiction of City Police Station in Balochistan on Tuesday.
According to the area police, a young man, Hafeezullah, allegedly shot dead his father, Din Muhammad, over a domestic dispute in the Kachi Phatak area, which falls under the jurisdiction of City Police Station in Naseerabad district. The assailant managed to escape after committing the crime.
The body was shifted to Dera Murad Hospital and was later handed over to the heirs after the completion of necessary medico-legal formalities.
The incident has cast a pall of grief over the victim’s family. Further investigation was being conducted by the City Police Station Dera Murad Jamali. No arrest could be made till filing this report.
