New, strict laws for Basant 2027 have been officially announced in Punjab, compliance with which will be mandatory for all residents, property owners, and organizers across the province by the deadline of December 30, 2026.
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz highlighted the necessity of these directives, stating that compliance with these directives will be mandatory for every aforementioned individual and institution. Pakistan Muslim League (N) confirmed the issuance of these new directives.
