Islamabad, July 30, 2022 (PPI-OT):Newly elected Speaker of Punjab Assembly, Sardar Sibtain Khan has taken oath of his office. Senior Member of Panel of Chairmen, Nawabzada Waseem Khan administered oath to him during Punjab Assembly session in Lahore.
After assuming his responsibility, Sardar Sibtain Khan thanked PTI and PML-Q leadership for their confidence on him. Earlier, he was elected as Speaker Punjab Assembly by securing 185 votes, while his opponent Saiful Malook Khokhar of PML-N and allied opposition parties bagged 175 votes.
