Obstacles in the construction of Usta Muhammad Girls College Meeting reviews obstacles and their possible solutions

An important consultative meeting was held today at the Deputy Commissioner’s office under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ramzan Palal. The meeting was attended by the Principal of Government Degree College Usta Muhammad, Obaidullah Zehri, and the Principal of Government Girls College, Nighat Jan, along with other relevant officials.

The central theme of the meeting was the five-year-long delay in the under-construction building of the Girls College. The participants deliberated on the obstacles hindering progress and sought viable solutions for the Colleges Department, the sponsoring agency, to implement effective measures.

In addition to infrastructure issues, critical matters such as the renovation of the existing college, the shortage of teachers, and the unpaid salaries of honorary lecturers were also discussed.

As a result of the meeting, it was decided that educational projects in the Usta Muhammad district will be prioritized in the upcoming phase of the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (BSDI). Both colleges have been directed to submit comprehensive proposals as soon as possible to ensure their inclusion in the BSDI planning.
