KHARAN: One person was gunned down and another injured by unidentified armed pillion riders in Kharan city within the remit of Kharan police station on Thursday.
According to police, unidentified armed pillion riders shot dead one person namely Sarfaraz Ahmed son of Muhammad Yousaf and injured another person namely Syed Hidayatullah son of Muhammad Musa in Kharan city in Balochistan province.
The body and injured were rushed to District Headquarter Hospital, Kharan for completion of codal formalities and treatment, respectively. The body was later handed over to the heirs after fulfilling necessary medico-legal formalities while the injured was being treated. Further investigation was being conducted by the police.
