KARACHI:A man was killed and two others were injured as a vehicle hit them in Defense Phase-06 on Thursday.
According to police sources, a fast-moving car hit a security guard tent outside a bungalow at Khayaban-e-Shehbaz of in Defence Phase-06. As a result, a 58-year-old man, Liaqat, son of Muhammad Nawaz, died on the spot, while two policemen identified as Farhan and Shehzad were wounded.
The body and injured were brought to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) for medico-legal formalities and treatment, respectively. The police reached the spot and arrested driver Sultan Khan and took the car into custody.
