PISHIN:The district administration Pishin launched a crackdown against overcharging and encroachments on Sunday.
Following the directions of Qaim Lashari, Deputy Commissioner, Pishin, Hazrat Wali Kakar, Assistant Commissioner, Pishin accompanied by police and FC launched a crackdown against the inflation and encroachments.
Several shops were sealed off due to unhygienic situation and defying rates fixed by the district administration. During the crackdown, several illegal structures were demolished.
The Assistant Commissioner warned the shopkeepers not to erect illegal structures; otherwise, they would be liable for legal action. He said anti-encroachment drive would continue.
