KARACHI: Pakistan's top trade delegation, led by President KHA Business and International Relations, CEO Kafeel Hussain Group and renowned architect Kafeel Hussain participated in Iran Expo 2024.
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Trade and Investment Minister Counselor Dr Amir Hussain, former Consul General of Iran in Pakistan Murad Nemati, Commercial Attache, Rashid Ahmed Siddiqui, President of Business Forum and Think Tank Farrokh Mazhar and other business personalities were also present on this occasion.
On this occasion, Kafeel said that Pakistan-Iran relations were on the way to improvement while many measures were being taken to prevent smuggling at the borders.
Kafeel said that the cooperation of Iran could help in controlling the shortage of electricity, gas and petroleum products in Pakistan, which would reduce the prices of expensive electricity, gas and petrol. He said that the deep brotherly relations between the two countries had also got major boost with the visit of Iranian President.
Kafeel said that under the MoUs signed between Pakistan and Iran, new projects were being worked on rapidly, which would not only boost the economy of Pakistan but also of Iran.
