ISLAMABAD:Pakistan released 20 Indian prisoners (fishermen), who were repatriated to India via Wagah Border on Monday.
According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office here on Tuesday, these prisoners were released on completion of their sentences. The statement said the issue of prisoners is of humanitarian nature and Pakistan expects the government of India to reciprocate the gesture in the same spirit.
