Islamabad, July 29, 2021 (PPI-OT): Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib has asked the Afghan media for positively project Pakistan’s contributions to peace and stability in Afghanistan. Addressing Pakistan-Afghanistan Youth Forum in Islamabad today (Thursday), he said war is not a solution and we will have to give peace a change.
The Minister of State said Pakistan has always kept its doors and hearts open for the Afghan people. He said we are ready to play our role in the capacity building of Afghan media including through training programs. Farrukh Habib said both Pakistan and Afghanistan enjoy historic relations. He said peace in Afghanistan is in the interest of Pakistan and it will open up economic opportunities in the region.
