Police Relief Operations Intensified in Flood-Affected Districts of Punjab

On the instructions of IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, Punjab Police have intensified their relief operations in flood-affected areas. Police teams are actively engaged in rescuing stranded individuals, distributing aid, and transferring people to safe places. The flood situation is being continuously monitored from dedicated control rooms.

Regional Police Officers (RPOs) and District Police Officers (DPOs) are directly supervising the relief work. Law enforcement personnel are working in coordination with district authorities and rescue organizations.

Police patrolling and relief efforts are ongoing along riverbanks, in villages, and in relief camps to protect lives and property.
