Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) strongly reacted to the recent statement made by MQM leader Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, stating that a leader who does not answer the calls of his party’s ministers is acting as a “gossip consultant.”
The spokesperson for Bilawal House in a statement here today, mentioned that MQM has a history of threatening to leave the government in the morning and agreeing to work at the same old terms by the evening.
They questioned what actions Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has taken for Karachi despite being part of the last three governments.
The spokesperson labeled the performance of MQM ministers as the worst and urged Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui to demand resignations from these ministers. He further questioned whether any federal minister from MQM would resign on Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui’s demand.
The spokesperson of Bilawal House advised Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui to focus on his party’s internal matters instead of advising others. Furthermore, he assured Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and all politically unemployed individuals that their dreams would not be fulfilled.
The spokesperson also reiterated that Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari would not allow the controversial canal to be constructed under any circumstances.
