Islamabad, November 29, 2021 (PPI-OT):President Dr. Arif Alvi has lauded the Airport Security Force (ASF) in ensuring the security of airports and travellers. Addressing to the passing out parade of Airport Security Force in Karachi on Monday, he said the personnel of the ASF rendered exemplary services during the war against terrorism. He further said that the representation of women in the Airport Security Force is also encouraging and pride for us.
The President also stresses the need for cyber security and ensuring safety of data by utilizing modern technology. He also commended the role played by the force particularly in COVID-19 times at airports and during the recent evacuation of diplomats from Afghanistan.
