Provincial Minister of Education, Syed Sardar Ali Shah, today heard the issues of the public directly at the complaints cell and instructed the relevant departments to take immediate action. This step reflects the Chief Minister’s priority for the immediate resolution of every complaint.
The minister emphasized that serving the public is the core mission of the Pakistan People’s Party, and timely resolution and effective implementation of public issues are given importance.
Ministers and public representatives are taking turns to visit the complaints cell to hear citizens’ issues, reinforcing the government’s commitment to providing transparent and prompt service.
