Islamabad, September 08, 2020 (PPI-OT): Prime Minister Imran Khan says providing opportunities of quality education is among foremost priority of the incumbent government. He was chairing a review meeting in Islamabad on Tuesday on actions being taken for promotion of Higher Education in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The Prime Minister said provision of quality education plays a key role in development and prosperity of the nation. He directed to ensure equal opportunities of higher and primary education, action on merit, and provision of facilities to teachers and students.
Meanwhile, talking to a delegation of technology giant Huawei led by Global Senior Vice President Huawei Technology Hou Tao in Islamabad on Tuesday, Prime Minister said Information Technology sector in Pakistan holds tremendous potential of investment, revenue generation and economic development. He assured Huawei delegation full support from government towards implementation of Information and Communication Technology solutions in Pakistan.
