QUETTA:Muhammad Idrees Taj, Additional General Secretary, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Balochistan, has condemned the use of brutal force against Palestinians in East Jerusalem, desecration of Majid-e-Aqsa, Bait-ul-Maqadas and air attacks on Gaza by Israeli forces.
In a statement issued here on Wednesday, he said that Prime Minister Imran Khan was having a very clear stance that Pakistan would not recognize Israel as a state. He said that Pakistan had been standing with Palestinian nation from the early days of its independence.
He said that cowardly acts of Israel were in reality an attack on freedom of religion, adding that it was high time that all organizations working for human rights and freedom of religion raise voice against highhandedness of Israeli forces.
He said that the Organization of Islamic Countries and particularly Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iran, Tunisia, Malaysia and other Islamic countries would have to devise a joint strategy regarding the issue of Palestine.
