LAHORE:Punjab Law and Cooperatives Minister Raja Basharat while paying homage to the performance of the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) said that the CTD has always played an important role in maintaining law and order in the province. He said, “The efforts of the CTD to eradicate terrorism are commendable while the department has also extended full support to law enforcing agencies for the prevention of common crimes.” Raja Basharat further said that the CTD and its leadership has always earned the trust of the people and has handled many high profile cases well under the present government.
