Rain with strong winds and thunderstorms has been forecast in most parts of the country.
According to the latest forecast issued by the Meteorological Department today, bad weather is likely in Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Sindh, Kashmir, and the capital, Islamabad.
Additionally, scattered rain is also expected at various places across Sindh and Punjab.
Early this morning, temperatures varied in the country’s major urban centers. Fourteen degrees was recorded in Islamabad and Peshawar, while Lahore was at sixteen degrees.
The coastal city of Karachi was warmer at twenty-one degrees. In contrast, ten degrees was recorded in Quetta and Muzaffarabad, eleven in Gilgit, and a cold three degrees in the tourist resort of Murree.
