QUETTA:Bushra Rind, Parliamentary Secretary for Information, has said the process of recruiting unemployed youth against vacant slots had been continuing in different provincial departments.
In a statement issued here on Sunday, she said the incumbent provincial government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan, had been providing job opportunities to the unemployed youth of the province purely on merit basis.
Rind said ever since the provincial government had assumed responsibilities, thousands of unemployed youth had been appointed against vacant posts. She said posts of different categories lying vacant in different departments would soon be floated in newspapers for recruitment on merit basis.
She added that government had adopted measures to get rid of unemployment. Rind said: “Sefarish Culture” had been buried for good, adding; “Vacant slots are being filled on merit basis.”
