A residential building collapsed in the densely populated area of Naya Abad in Lyari on Tuesday, however, fortunately, no casualties or injuries were reported.
The incident occurred near Liaquat Colony in Lyari. Rescue teams were dispatched to the scene upon receiving a report of the building’s collapse.
Emergency medical technicians and volunteers from the Edhi Foundation quickly arrived at the scene. An ambulance from the welfare organization was also present on-site to provide any necessary assistance.
Initial reports from the scene have confirmed that there were no casualties as a result of the building collapse, averting a major tragedy in the residential area.
