Karachi, August 29, 2018 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, Hurriyat leaders and organizations have paid glowing tributes to two youth Altaf Ahmad Kachroo and Omar Rasheed who were martyred by Indian troops in Muniward area of Islamabad district, today.

Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) in a statement issued in Srinagar while paying tributes to the martyrs said, “It is because of the supreme sacrifices of these brave hearts that Kashmir dispute has started reverberating at all international forums.” The JKDFP also expressed grief over the demise of great Kashmiri sympathizer Syed Javaid Ahmed who died in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, yesterday.

Hurriyat leader and Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement, Zafar Akbar Butt in a statement said these sacrifices will not go waste and people will continue freedom struggle peacefully. A JKSM delegation comprising Zubair Ahmed, Mohammad Ishaq and Abdul Rashid participated in the funerals of the martyrs and visited the bereaved families.

Tehreek-e-Muzahamat Chairman Bilal Ahmed Siddiqui in his statement said, “Our youth are writing a unique history of courageous resistance against a mighty and cunning occupation with least possible means, sacrificing their precious lives and nourishing and nurturing the sacred cause of freedom with red hot blood.” He extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.

Hurriyat leaders Shabbir Ahmed Dar, Mohammad Iqbal Mir, Mohammad Ahsan Untoo, Imtiyaz Ahmed Reshi, Ghulam Nabi War and Farida Behanji in their statements also paid tributes to the Islamabad martyrs.
