MORO:Despite lockdown in the city, a gang of armed robbers looted a house in Moro town on Monday.
A gang of unknown armed robbers entered the house of Saleem Mughal in the town, held all the inmates hostage at gunpoint and collected five tolas of golden ornaments, Rs800,000 cash, a mobile phone and other valuables, and decamped with the booty.
The affected house inmate Saleem Mughal told media that the armed men also beat up the family members and looted them ruthlessly. He demanded of the higher authorities to take steps for recovery of their looted goods and cash.
