Karachi, Ruby Textile Mills Limited held an Extraordinary General Meeting on May 8, 2023, in Lahore. The meeting resulted in the election of seven new directors who will serve a three-year term starting from May 8, 2023. The election of the directors was conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017.
The first resolution passed during the meeting was the confirmation of the minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 27, 2023. The minutes were unanimously confirmed by the members present.
The second resolution focused on the election of directors. Seven individuals were elected unopposed as Directors of the Company. These individuals will serve a three-year term and will contribute their expertise and knowledge to the growth and development of Ruby Textile Mills Limited.
