ISLAMABAD:The government is imparting special training to paramedical staff and doctors in all provinces, including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, about Covid-19.
This was stated by Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on National Health Services Dr Zafar Mirza while addressing a news briefing here on Friday.
He said coronavirus situation in Pakistan is improving as compared to other countries, where massive positive cases with huge death toll are being reported.
Dr Zafar Mirza said countries around the world are now easing restrictions and lockdown for smooth functioning of economy and generating employment opportunities.
Rejecting the news about content of a letter recently written by Ministry of Health to NDMA, he urged media to report news with utmost care under prevailing conditions.
