Srinagar, September 16, 2018 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, shutdown is being observed in Kulgam and Islamabad districts to mourn the killings of youth in Chowgam village of Qazigund, yesterday. Shops and other business establishments are closed and traffic is off the roads in Devsar, Kulgam, DH Pora, Yaripora and Qaimoh towns and adjacent villages. Qazigund town and adjoining areas are witnessing a complete shutdown. Mir Bazar, Islamabad town and adjoining areas like Dialgam are also shut against the killings.
