Sindh”s Minister for Law, Home and Parliamentary Affairs, Zia-ul-Hassan Lanjar, on Friday directed the Advocate General”s office to enhance its effectiveness in handling key legal cases involving the provincial government, stressing the need for superior professional expertise and strategic management.
The directive was issued during a high-level meeting at the office of the Advocate General Sindh, where Minister Lanjar held detailed consultations with Advocate General Jawad Dero regarding significant ongoing litigation.
During the visit, Advocate General Dero provided a comprehensive briefing to the minister on the current status of important legal matters. The session was also attended by Additional Advocate General Arshad Hussain and other senior legal officials.
Minister Lanjar acknowledged the performance of the Advocate General”s Office, describing it as a cornerstone of the Government of Sindh’s legal framework.
He further pledged the provincial administration”s full and continued support to its legal team to reinforce the robust handling of judicial proceedings and ensure efficient representation.
