Pakistan Stock Exchange reached new heights on Thursday at the start of trading. The PSX opened positively, and the 100 Index saw significant gains. Right at the beginning, the index increased by 244 points, reaching its highest level of 87,553 points. During the trading session, the index added another 823 points, surpassing the 88,000 mark.
It is noteworthy that the stock exchange has been experiencing a bullish trend for several days, with the 100 Index setting new records. A surge was also observed on Wednesday, when 690 million shares were traded, amounting to 26 billion rupees, while the market capitalization rose by 66 billion, reaching 11,418 billion rupees.
