QUETTA:Almas Qadir, Faiz Bibi, Rabia and other teachers of Global Partnership Education Teachers Action Committee have announced to observe sit-in outside Quetta Press Club till their services are regularized.
Addressing a press conference at Quetta Press Club here on Friday, they said that Minister for Colleges, Higher and Technical Education Department had not fulfilled its promises made with the teachers regarding regularizing of the services of teachers in the province under Global Partnership Programme. They said more than 1400 teachers of Global Partnership Programme were awaiting regularization.
They said that Global Partnership Education Teachers Action Committee would observe a protest sit-in outside Quetta Press Club which would continue till the regularization of services of teachers serving under Global Partnership Programme.
