Thatta officials are taking strict measures to ensure the integrity and transparency of the Annual Higher Secondary School Certificate examinations for the year 2026, with a strong focus on preventing cheating and establishing a fair examination environment.
On the directives of Deputy Commissioner Sarmad Ali Bhagat, an important consultative meeting was held today under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner (I) Imran-ul-Haq to thoroughly review the arrangements for the upcoming examinations. All Assistant Commissioners, Mukhtiarkars, police and education department officials, and heads of various government educational institutions across the district attended this meeting.
During the meeting, Imran-ul-Haq directed Assistant Commissioners and Mukhtiarkars to inspect examination centers within their respective jurisdictions. Their duties include reviewing available facilities and ensuring robust monitoring during the examination process.
He affirmed that the examination procedure would strictly adhere to the principles of merit and transparency, and strict action would be taken against any attempt at malpractice. Concerned departments were urged to ensure the availability of security, power supply, water, and other necessary facilities at all designated examination centers.
Police officials were instructed to establish comprehensive security protocols around the examination centers. Simultaneously, the educational authority was directed to ensure timely deployment of staff and enhance the effectiveness of the supervisory framework.
Participants unanimously pledged their organizations’ full cooperation to ensure the examinations are completed peacefully and clearly. The farsighted measures of the district administration highlight the commitment to providing students with a fair and supportive environment for the 2026 higher secondary examinations.
