Senior police officials, including Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Muhammad Jawad Tariq and the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) for Investigations, have launched a series of open courts at their offices to directly address and issue immediate directives for the resolution of citizen complaints.

In compliance with the IGP’s instructions, all Zonal Superintendents of Police (SPs) are now conducting similar open courts within their respective jurisdictions, establishing a district-wide mechanism for residents to voice their concerns directly to law enforcement authorities.
