Over ten persons, including women and children, were killed and several others injured after a passenger-laden Mazda truck plunged into a ditch in the Tung area of Hub in Balochistan province on Tuesday.
Rescue sources reported that the tragic accident occurred in the Tung area, a region bordering Sindh and Balochistan. The victims, belonging to the Koli community, were en route from Dera Ghazi Khan to Sindh when the truck veered off course.
Emergency services were quick to respond, but the severity of the incident led to multiple fatalities and numerous injuries. The community mourns the loss as the authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
