Transfers of senior officers across Balochistan directed to be reported to the Services and General Department

In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Government of Balochistan has announced the transfer of several highranking officers across the province. The Services and General Administration Department released a notification on May 19, 2025, detailing the changes for various deputy commissioner positions.

Khalid Khan, previously the Director General of BCRA, will now serve as the Deputy Commissioner of Jaffarabad, replacing Azhar Shezad. Muhammad Naeem Khan, formerly an Additional Secretary in the Home Department, has been appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of Duki, taking over from Barkat Ali.

Azhar Shezad and Barkat Ali have been directed to report to the Services and General Administration Department (SandGAD). Batool Asadi has been appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of Loralai, with Meeran Baloch directed to SandGAD.

In Kohlu, Azeem Jan Dummar, who was awaiting a posting, has been designated as the new Deputy Commissioner, replacing Aqeel Ahmed. Similarly, Razzaq Khan Khajjak has been assigned to Usta Muhammad, stepping in for Arshad Hussain.

Abdul Majeed Sarparah, previously the Settlement Officer for the Mekran Division, has been transferred to Washuk as Deputy Commissioner, succeeding Munir Ahmed Durrani. Munir Ahmed Durrani, along with other outgoing deputy commissioners, has been instructed to report to SandGAD.
